Installation Instructions  

  1. Prep the Opening – Shim and level the frame in a double studded rough opening.
  2. Secure the Frame – Pre-drill and screw through glass channel; seal all sides with acoustical sealant.
  3. Place Setting Blocks – About 4" in from corners at the bottom of the glass channel.
  4. Set the Glass – With two people, lift into place on setting blocks and center in opening.
  5. Snap in Retainers – Press or tap aluminum retainers into place.
  6. Repeat for Second Pane (if required) – For STC 49/56 models, repeat for second window pane.
