Semi Truck Insulation and Soundproofing Products
Semi trucks are subject to the deep rumble of diesel engines, the constant drone of huge tires, and the extreme temps that come with long hauls. A quiet cab means a clearer mind on the road—and better sleep in the sleeper. Our lineup of semi-truck insulation and soundproofing products are necessary for weathering the hours, days, and weeks at a time you spend in your truck. Whether you’re driving or resting, upgrade your rig with materials that work as hard as you do.

How much does it cost to soundproof a semi truck sleeper and cab?
Semi trucks are beasts that require a bit of an investment to make quieter and more comfortable, but for a vehicle you spend hours, days, week in at a time, there is no more worthy investment. After helping numerous semi truck builds, we put together our Semi + Sleeper Build package that you can get for a little over $2,000 to make substantial quality improvements. The kit contains enough Damplifier Pro to cover 240 sq ft of metal and 240 sq ft of an insulation of your choice—Luxury Liner Pro for sound blocking and thermal insulation or Heat Wave Pro for sound absorption, thermal insulation, and a radiant heat barrier.

What is most important to target in a semi truck soundproofing project?
There are lots of places you're hearing a lot of noise and getting a lot of heat into the truck. Here's a list of places to look:
- Cabin Side Firewall: The diesel engine is going to generate an incredible amount of vibrational noise and airborne noise. Apply Damplifier Pro, an effective, butyl-based deadener with a solid constraint layer, on the metal and Luxury Liner Pro MLV as your sound blocker.
- Truck Floor: Take the same install and continue it along the cabin floor to reduce more structural noise, block road noise, and insulate the cabin.
- Wheel Wells: Apply Spectrum liquid-applied sound deadener to the wheel wells of the tractor to reduce structural noise at one of the biggest sources.
- Doors: Put a sound deadener of choice on the outer sheet metal of the doors and place an high-performing automotive insulation like Heat Wave Pro in the door cavity for sound absorption and thermal protection.
