This black vinyl tape is used to strengthen seams between mass loaded vinyl rolls, rubber rolls, and rubber underlayment. For wall soundproofing, use the vinyl tape to seal between the seams of Luxury Liner mass loaded vinyl where the sheets butt up together or to seal them over a gap with a 2" overlap. For Luxury Liner Pro, our go-to automotive barrier, use the tape to seal between the sheets to form a more continuous barrier (For use INSIDE vehicle cabin only - NOT in engine compartments)
