Sound blankets are flexible panels used to control noise, either by blocking it (soundproof blankets) or absorbing it (acoustic blankets). Our Quiet Quilt Soundproof Blankets combine a heavy barrier layer with an absorptive vinyl facing to reduce sound transfer between spaces — perfect for enclosing loud machines, building temporary walls, or creating outdoor noise barriers. Quiet Quilt Acoustic Blankets are lighter - designed to reduce echo and reverb - and are typically used like an industrial acoustic panel or paired with an existing barrier such as brick, wood, or concrete to maximize noise reduction. All of our blankets are durable, customizable, and easy to install in industrial, commercial, or residential settings.

Sound blankets are more versatile than acoustic panels because they can be used for both soundproofing and echo reduction, depending on the design. They’re often the better choice for industrial or outdoor settings where durability, easy maintenance, and cleaning are important.
