This S10 Build was featured on Saabkyle04's YouTube Channel, built with Damplifier Pro, Luxury Liner Pro, & Mega Zorbe. This package was designed to provide high quality sound and automotive thermal insulation for Saabkyle's Chevrolet S10 Truck Restomod build and any S10 Truck from 1982 - 2004. The S10 Truck Build Pack will substantially reduce noise in the cabin (reduce road noise, quiet exhaust), while giving you much better temperature control.

S10 Truck Regular Cab Package
- Damplifier Pro Bulk Pack - 36.5 Sq Ft (22 sheets, 12" x 20" each) - Apply to floor, doors, engine side firewall, and back wall.
- Damplifier Pro Door Pack - 13.5 Sq Ft (8 sheets, 12" x 20" each) - Apply to ceiling. If you have any left over, use it under the inner door skin and pillars. Make your life easier by using a Wooden Hand Roller.
- Luxury Liner Pro - 36 Sq Ft (4 sheets, 24" x 54" each) - Apply car MLV to the floor, cabin side firewall, and back wall. You MUST cover these areas and transmission hump with as few seams as possible. These are the loudest and hottest part of your S10 Regular Cab Truck.
- Sheets of Mega Zorbe - 20 Sq Ft (5 sheets, 24" x 24" x 1/2" each) - Apply Mega Zorbe to the outer door skins and ceiling on top of the Damplifier Pro. Mega Zorbe is self-adhesive and very sticky.
S10 Truck Extended Cab Package (Size featured by Kyle)
- Damplifier Pro Bulk Pack - 36.5 Sq Ft (22 sheets, 12" x 20" each) - Apply to floor, doors, engine side firewall, and back wall.
- Damplifier Pro Bulk Pack - 36.5 Sq Ft (22 sheets, 12" x 20" each) - Apply to ceiling and extended cab walls. If you have any left over, use it under the inner door skin and pillars. Make your life easier by using a Wooden Hand Roller.
- Sheets of Luxury Liner Pro - 45 Sq Ft (5 sheets, 24" x 54" each) - Apply MLV to the floor, cabin side firewall, and back wall. You MUST cover these areas and transmission hump with as few seams as possible. These are the loudest and hottest part of your S10 Extended Cab Truck.
- Sheets of Mega Zorbe - 24 Sq Ft (6 sheets, 24" x 24" x 1/2" each) - Apply Mega Zorbe to the outer door skins and ceiling on top of the Damplifier Pro. Mega Zorbe is self-adhesive and very sticky.

Installation Instructions
Recommended Adhesives: P329 Permanent Spray Adhesive, Super Strong Double Sided Tape, Dual Lock Reclosable Fasteners, or fasteners such as screws/pop rivets.
- Clean all surfaces thoroughly with denatured alcohol before applying any material.
- Cut and apply Damplifier Pro to the floor, doors, engine side firewall, back wall, and ceiling. Roll each sheet firmly with a Wooden Hand Roller. Use any leftover sheets under the hood or under the inner door skin and pillars.
- Cut and apply Luxury Liner Pro MLV car soundproofing to the floor, cabin side firewall, and back wall. Cover the transmission hump with as few seams as possible — it is the loudest and hottest part of your S10. Secure using a recommended adhesive: P329 Spray Adhesive, Super Strong Double Sided Tape, Dual Lock Reclosable Fasteners, or fasteners such as screws/pop rivets.
- Tape all seams where Luxury Liner Pro sheets meet.
- Peel and stick Mega Zorbe to the outer door skins and ceiling on top of Damplifier Pro.
- If you got the extra gallon of Spectrum liquid sound deadening for the front wheel wells, apply it in three 1mm thick layers to a clean metal wheel well. Leave 90 minutes for drying between layers and avoid overspray. If you have any leftover, you can apply it to the undercarriage.
