Once the undercarriage is prepped, you can begin applying the deadener. Using the Spray on Deadener Kit, spray the coating evenly across the undercarriage. Apply three layers, each approximately 1 mm thick, allowing 60 minutes of drying time between coats, or until the coating no longer leaves residue when lightly touched.
For smaller projects or brush-on applications, you can also use Spectrum liquid deadener.
If you're already working underneath the vehicle, you can also reduce road noise and combat that vibrational noise by sound deadening the wheel wells. This is also an effective solution to tire noise reduction.
