1962 Impala

Thomas A using both Damplifier Pro and Luxury Liner Pro to strengthen the floor and walls of his Impala trunk so he could upgrade the sound system. The trunk used 35 sqft of Damplifier Pro total on both the the bottom and trunk lid and about 25 sqft of Luxury Liner Pro on the trunk floor and walls. After installing, it improved his bass to become more solid and stopped all the rattles.

1948 Chevy Pickup - 2022 Rat Rod Magazine Op Build-off Winner

Headstones & Hotrods 40's/50's style Chevy Truck custom build. Congratulations to Cody Paine on winning the Rat Rod 2022 OP Build-Off/Drive-Off and scoring a sweet spread in the Rat Rod magazine. Both of Cody's builds are skinned with that American made Second Skin Audio Damplifier Pro and/or Spectrum. Two badass builds amongst many awesomely badass builds with Second Skin product.

2008 Trailblazer SS Full SUV Install

Matt H along with his sidekick Kodi was looking to keep his wife's Trailblazer cool and quiet in the hot summer heat. First step was to strip down the ceiling and get the sqft measured. Matt ordered and applied 36 sqft Damplifier Pro and Mega Zorbe (peel and stick version) to apply to the roof. Next up was the floor were he installed 55 sqft of Damplifier Pro from the firewall back to the cargo area. The doors Matt used 7 sqft of Damplifier Pro and Luxury Liner Pro per door along with some awesome Speaker Tweakers behind the door speakers to make his music pop. His wife Brandi is one happy lady traveling around in her dead quiet Trailblazer SS now. #HappyWifeHappyLife Check out this sweet project below.

Daniel T, an installer in the Chicago area did a very nice install on this 1996 Chevy Tahoe with 105 sqft Damplifier Pro skinned on the ceiling, floor, and doors.

Greg's 2006 Cavalier Trunk Project

Greg got some new sub woofers for his Cavalier and needed to get the truck tightened up to create nice and solid bass. Greg ordered the Large Trunk Kit with 27 sqft of Damplifier Pro and Luxury Liner Pro. Before the install Greg's trunk sounded like it he had 2 alligators fighting in the trunk with all the rattles and thumps going on. After installation Greg reported that his bass sounded much more solid, he gained 4 dB on the meter too.

Jody's 2000 Chevy Tahoe

Jody needed to get his BASS ride solid for his new upgrade. So he chose to do the "sandwhich" method of Damplifier Pro + Spectrum liquid sound deadening. This approach use our 2mm butyl sheets down directly on the metal followed up with between 2-5 one mm layers of Spectrum brushed, rolled, or sprayed on. This method is great for extreme BASS builds (SPL), off road vehicles, and other extreme builds that require extra strength from strcuture borne nosie. KMR Jimmy Smooth's 1948 Chevy C.O.E.

Kip of Tophat Automotive Syndicate with another bad ass build for Mr. Jimmy Smooth on this old school Chevy Rat Rod! The floor took about 12 sq ft of Damplifier Pro, the back wall used about 8 sq ft, the doors used 10 sq ft total, and the roof was another 8 sq ft for a total of around 40 sqft of Damplifier Pro butyl mats along with 6 sheets of Thermal Block on the firewall side to reduce the interior floor/firewall temps from above 135 degrees F down to a much more enjoyable 75-80 degrees.

Jerry's 1957 Bel Air

Jerry wanted to stop the noise and heat coming up from under the floor of his 1957 Bel Air classic. He ordered the Damplifier Pro Bulk Pack with 36 sqft of American made butyl vibration sheets to solve the problem. The install went easy and Jerry was very satisfied with the quality and results of the product.

2012 Suburban Spl Build

This big Suburban build was for an extreme SPL system so drammadoors used multiple layers of Damplifier Pro on the doors and the roof to keep those metal skins from flexing. He used 252 sqft of Damplifier Pro to achieve this goal with two layers on the doors and three layers on the ceiling.

1968 Cutlass

I used Second Skin on my 1968 Cutlass off frame restoration. Damplifier Pro on the doors, floor, package tray, over rear inner wheel wells in trunk, and the roof to keep those metal skins from flexing and stop the vibrations. I used about 80 sqft of Damplifier Pro to fully skin my Cutlass interior.

Thunder Road Street Rods 1967 Candy Red Corvette Sound Deadening

Just because you have a really hot looking 1967 Corvette, that doesn't mean you have to be hot when you're in it. Jack treated this candy red Corvette with a full layer of Damplifier Pro throughout using about 90 sqft. He then used 18 sqft of Luxury Liner Pro in the hatch area above the exhaust. To finish the job, Jack layered the floor, doors, and trunk area with 48 sqft of Heat Wave Pro to keep his feet cool and help with the heat coming up from the transmission tunnel. After finishing off the body with sound and heat upgrades, this beauty was sent off to Tony Stitches Custom Upholstery for a specially designed and built interior.
