Sound Lock™ Door Bottom Seal
The Sound Lock™ Door Bottom Seal will automatically drop to seal the gap at the bottom of your door. This bottom seal creates positive pressure against any hard flooring surface, significantly outperforming other door seals while maintaining an easy door swing. No threshold required! This product is best for doors that are already sealed around the other three sides with a gap just at the bottom. Any gaps in your solid core door will continue letting sound through! Check out our full door soundproofing kit to also seal the perimeter of the door panel.

- Confirm that your door is a solid core door. The Sound Lock™ Bottom Seal will not work on a hollow core door.
- Open the door.
- Measure the width of the door panel from lift to right. Write it down.
- The Sound Lock™ Bottom Seal should only be cut a maximum of 2”. For example, a door that measures 31" wide should get a 32" bottom seal.
- The bottom seal should drop 3/8” to the floor below.
