The Mini Bus Build Package is the exact combination of products used by the legendary Gas Monkey Garage crew on Richard Rawlings' iconic Raising Cane's 1987 Chevy C60 Mini Bus Build. Contacted in October 2021 to solve serious heat and noise challenges, we custom-designed this package to fully insulate an entire bus — walls, floor, and ceiling. Every product is American-made and engineered to deliver the highest level of thermal and acoustic performance available for a Skoolie or mini bus conversion. Whether you're inspired by Gas Monkey or building your own dream bus, this package gives you everything you need.

- 20 Gallons of Spectrum liquid sound deadening - 400 Sq Ft - enough to do the floor, walls, ceiling, firewall, and doors.
- 1 Spray Gun - For Spraying Spectrum liquid sound deadening.
- 5 Spray Bottles - For spraying more sqft each coat.
- 20 Luxury Liner Pro Sheets - 180 Sq Ft (16 sheets, 24" x 54" each) - Apply to the floor and cabin side firewall.
- 60 Mega Zorbe Hydrophobic Melamine Foam - 240 Sq Ft (60 sheets, 24" x 24" each) - Apply to the roof, walls, and doors of the van.
- 6 Mega Block Hydrophobic Melamine Foam - 24 Sq Ft (6 sheets, 24" x 24" each) - Applied to the engine bay firewall to reflect and insulate heat.
- 1 Damplifier Pro - 20 sqft for the engine side firewall.
- 1 Heat Wave Pro - 24 sqft for the hood.
- 1 Spray Adhesive - To apply the Heat Wave Pro
- 1 Wooden Hand Roller - Use to roll on the sound deadening mats.
- 4 Double Sided Tape Rolls - 1 roll is enough to attach 5 sheets of the Luxury Liner Pro.
