BlocknZorbe™ Sound Diffuser Panels

Yes, the BlocknZorbe Diffuser diffuses, absorbs, and blocks sound. It is the only diffuser panel that does all three.

The BlocknZorbe Diffuser is a 3D diffuser that scatters sound in different, unpredictable directions, and it can be expected to diffuse as well as a much deeper 2D diffuser.

We recommend the 2" BlocknZorbe Diffuser for pro audio spaces such as recording studios and home theaters.

Yes, the BlocknZorbe Diffuser is Class A fire rated, which makes it suitable for commercial recording studios and theaters.

Use the BlocknZorbe Diffuser where sound builds up, such as the back walls of control rooms. The panel scatters sound waves in different, unpredictable directions, which spreads sound out and helps a room feel more spacious. Reach out to our team to talk through your space design.

The BlocknZorbe Diffuser is a 2' x 2' panel, in 1" or 2" thickness, in white or charcoal.

The BlocknZorbe Diffuser is made of the same semi-rigid, porous expanded polypropylene bead foam as our BlocknZorbe panels, shaped into a 3D diffuser with no fiberglass and no fibrous material.

Place BlocknZorbe Diffuser panels in problem spots, such as the back walls of control rooms or other places where sound builds up. You can stack panels together to cover a larger area that needs diffusion.

You can install the BlocknZorbe Diffuser directly on walls or ceilings with adhesive or screws. We recommend X60 spray adhesive applied to both the panel and the surface. See our construction adhesive install guide, spray adhesive install guide, and direct attach install guide for step-by-step instructions.

Remove dust and dirt from the BlocknZorbe Diffuser with a vacuum and a soft brush attachment (soft bristles at least 1" long), a soft-bristle brush, or gentle compressed air. A dry sponge or a damp white cloth also works. For heavy soiling or stains, use a mild cleaning solution as directed, testing first on a small or hidden area and letting it dry completely to check for discoloration.
