Applying mass loaded vinyl in the wheel wells is very effective, but you must use extremely strong industrial adhesives. None of our adhesive accessories will hold mass loaded vinyl upside down. We also recommend using a second "holder" such as bolts, screws, or straps when applying mass loaded vinyl in areas where it is upside down and may be abused by dirt, water, and grease. This can be very effective at quieting down road noise, when thought out and applied safe and strong.

Robin's 2018 CHR ready to get the wheel well treatment.
Step 1: Remove the plastic inner wheel well skirting.
Step 2: Decide on a paln of attack, making sure to keep product away from the shock system and the wheel turning angles.
Step 3: Apply the Luxury Liner Pro mass laoded vinyl with the foam side against the metal and the raw vinyl side facing out. Make sure to use industrial strength adhesive and also use screws or bolts to reinforce the hold. Your goal is to have complete coverage with very little gaps.
