The Stomp Roll™ - Rubber Flooring

Stomp Roll comes in five thicknesses, from 1/4" up to 3/4", so you can match it to how much impact your floor takes. Every setup is different, so call us at 1-800-679-8511 to talk through your specific space, or use the guide below.

The Stomp Mat is pre-cut from the Stomp Roll in 4' x 6' sections in 1/4" and 1/2" thicknesses. Reach for the Stomp Mat for single-spot placements, like under a treadmill, drum set, washer, dryer, or generator. Reach for Stomp Roll when you're covering a whole room, like a home or commercial gym, a warehouse, or a weight room. See the Stomp Mat for single-piece placements.

Stomp Roll can be installed with adhesive for a permanent glue-down floor, or with double-sided tape for most temporary or low-traffic setups. For glue-down installs, Mapei Ultrabond Sport PU 1K works great. See our Stomp Roll install guide for full installation steps.

Yes, for orders of multiple Stomp Rolls, the length can be custom cut to the nearest foot. They must always be at the fixed 4' width, and there is about a 2-week lead time. Reach out to our sales team for details.

Stomp Roll is a high quality rubber flooring that is independently tested for indoor use. It is Clean Air Certified to CDPH 01350, covering private office, school classroom, and single-family residence use, and it passes the ASTM DS-116 standard for VOCs.

Stomp Roll carries only a mild odor compared to most other rubber flooring. It's Clean Air Certified to CDPH 01350, so it clears California's strict VOC emissions standards, and it also passes ASTM DS-116 for VOCs. Request a free sample first if you're sensitive to smell.

Yes, Stomp Roll has been field tested to typically last 7-10 years outdoors. Reach out to a sales team member to discuss your specific use case.

Water does not damage Stomp Roll's rubber, though the material isn't a water barrier, so water can pass through the seams and dries out over time.

Yes, Stomp Roll can be layered over UnderBlock for extra impact isolation, and some customers do this regularly. Glue the two together with a urethane rubber adhesive (gluing UnderBlock to the subfloor is optional), and run Stomp Roll crossways to the UnderBlock layer beneath it for the best performance and to keep the seams from lining up.

Stomp Roll is recycled rubber, made from ground up tires that have been through an extensive filtering and washing process.

Stomp Roll is one of the quietest options for a multi-story building, with an Impact Insulation Class (IIC) of 69 and a Delta IIC (ΔIIC) of 34 for reducing footstep and impact noise between floors. Stomp Roll is also a finished flooring on its own, so if you're planning to install a finished floor on top, use UnderBlock, a rubber underlayment, instead.
