Wall Installation

Recommended Install Method: drywall screws or nails

Install Locations: walls (behind drywall), soundproof boxes, generator boxes, pool pump box, generator enclosure or generator shed, mechanical rooms, machinery enclosures, office partition walls, window noise reduction

Steps to Soundproof a Wall with CelluZorbe HD

1. Measure the height of the wall to ensure you have the right amount.
   Wherever needed, cut CelluZorbe HD using a sharp utility knife or table saw and a T-square to ensure you make a straight cut.
   
2. Fasten CelluZorbe HD to the studs with screws or nails.
   The preferred installation method is to install CelluZorbe HD to a wall that has insulation and framing, but no drywall yet. Ensure you have a sturdy install that is airtight and gapless.
   
3. As you work your way across the wall, keep the ends of the panels directly next to each other. (AIRTIGHT!) The edges should connect over a stud.
4. After you've finished getting CelluZorbe HD up on the wall, use your acoustic sealant caulk to seal ALL of the edges, both around and between the panels of CelluZorbe HD.
5. Hang drywall over the top of CelluZorbe HD and seal with acoustical sealant.
