Product FAQs

Hexagon tiles about 10-3/8 by 12 inches, nominally 1 square foot, made from the same recycled polyester as the rest of the PolyZorbe line, at 1/2 inch in 12 colors. They are arranged into patterns rather than covering a wall as one panel, and mount with spray adhesive, double-sided tape, or, in a residential install, mechanical nails.

Spray adhesive for a permanent bond or double-sided mounting tape for smaller counts. In a residential application they can be nailed up instead: 4 nails per hexagon, 1 inch long with a small head for minimal visibility, such as a brad nail. Plan the layout and set the first tile with a level, then work outward.

Score 2 to 3 times with a sharp utility blade, then bend and snap along the line. Flip and repeat on the other side. Swap the blade every 2 to 3 cuts because the fiber dulls it quickly.

Flat-mounted, NRC 0.40, a decorative level. With a 3/4 inch air space behind them, NRC 0.55; with a 1.5 inch air space, NRC 0.70.

Vacuum with a soft brush attachment, brush gently with soft bristles, or blow the face off with compressed air. A dry sponge or damp white cloth lifts light dirt; a carpet spot cleaner tested first on a hidden tile handles stains.
