PolyZorbe hexagon acoustic panels are a decorative and flexible way to improve any space. Design any style you choose with our selection of 12 vibrant colors. We use 60% recycled polyester (LEED credits) and a proprietary composition to get to a fire marshal approved, Class A fire rated panel.

Installation Instructions

Recommended Adhesives for Installation: Multipurpose or subfloor construction adhesive
Place the PolyZorbe hexagon panel on the wall. Make a horizontal and vertical line along the edge of the panel using a level.
Apply a 1/4" bead of construction adhesive in an X-pattern on the back of the panel (leave at least 1" of space along the edges).
Align the PolyZorbe panel edge so that the two edges of the hexagon fit into your horizontal/vertical line.
Apply a moderate amount of pressure to the panel perimeter, and then apply even pressure to the middle. The hexagon panel is light and will hold.
Panels can also be using approved spray adhesives or mechanical fasteners.
Cut with a utility knife and a straight edge.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many PolyZorbe hexagon panels do I need for my room?

As a general rule, you'll need about 2x the coverage of PolyZorbe hexagons to get the same acoustic performance as a 1" fabric wrapped panel. If you have questions on your specific room, please contact us for an acoustic analysis!

Will the PolyZorbe hexagon panels absorb low frequency noise?

At 1/2" thick, these hexagons are only for mid-to-high frequency noise (human speech range). For low frequency noise control, you'll need to install with a backer material or an air gap behind the panel.

Are these panels safe for use in commercial buildings?
