FAQ

Is Sludge Activator required to make Spectrum work properly?
No. Spectrum is perfectly fine the way it is. The only time you will use Sludge activator is if you want to thicken up regular Spectrum so that you can brush on very thick coats rather than spraying multiple thin layers.

Does Sludge Activator cause Spectrum to cure faster or reduce the shelf life?
Not at all. With our without Sludge Activator added, Spectrum will have a shelf life of one year if unopened. Sludge Activator simply thickness up the product. It does not harden it, or cause it to dry faster.

If I purchase Sludge on your web site, do I need to buy activator separately.
Nope. When you purchase a gallon of Sludge on our site, the activator comes with it. There is no need to buy more Activator. The only reason we sell it separately on our site is so that the customers that have already purchased Spectrum, but want Sludge, can order it after the fact.
