Second Skin Heat Wave is a light weight, foil faced, fire retardant heat and noise insulation mat. This thermal-acoustic barrier is perfect for reducing heat and noise generated from vehicle engines, exhaust systems and the summer sun. Unlike many popular jute style insulation products, Heat Wave is made from high quality, natural fibers with no fiberglass, resins, formaldehyde or polymer filler and does not cause itching or skin irritation, making it easy and safe to install.

Heat Wave Pro is identical to regular Heat Wave, with one major exception; Heat Wave Pro has a reinforced foil facing laminated to both sides for extra thermal protection. The extra layer of foil insures the most available heat reduction and insulation available from any product of its type. This thermal-acoustic barrier is perfect for reducing heat and noise generated from vehicle engines and exhaust systems. Apply it on top of Damplifier, Damplifier Pro, or our ceramic coating Firewall, for the ultimate in thermal insulation and heat dissipation.
